Circumstances for Termination:

- Illegal Activities: If a user is found to be involved in illegal activities, such as fraud, hacking, or other criminal actions, their account will be terminated immediately.
- Non-Payment: For accounts with subscription services, failure to make timely payments can result in account suspension or termination.
- Abuse or Harassment: Accounts may be terminated if a user engages in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior towards other users or Showorld Beauty staff.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (e.g., one year) may be terminated after prior notification to the user.
- Security Threats: If an account is found to pose a security threat to the website or other users, it may be terminated to protect the integrity of the platform.
Process for Termination:

No Warranties:
- To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Showorld Beauty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation on Damages:

Maximum Liability:
- The maximum liability of Showorld Beauty to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Showorld Beauty for the services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Showorld Beauty’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showorld Beauty, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Initial Resolution:
- We encourage users to first contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve any disputes or issues informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and to the user’s satisfaction by contacting our customer service at alex991616@outlook.com.
Arbitration:
- If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. This means that an arbitrator, who is a neutral third party, will hear the dispute and make a decision that is final and binding.
- The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879.
Mediation:
- Before proceeding to arbitration, Showorld Beauty may suggest that the parties attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, a process in which a neutral third party helps the parties try to reach a voluntary settlement. Mediation is not binding unless both parties agree to a settlement.
Location and Procedure:
- The arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed upon location. If the user’s claim does not exceed $10,000, Showorld Beauty agrees that the user may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing.
- For claims exceeding $10,000, the right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA rules.
Fees and Costs:
- Each party will be responsible for their own costs and legal fees, with the exception of filing fees for arbitration. If the arbitration proceeding is found in favor of the user, Showorld Beauty will reimburse the user for their portion of the arbitration filing fees.
Class Action Waiver:
- Users agree to resolve disputes with Showorld Beauty on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless both Showorld Beauty and the user agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.
Exceptions to Arbitration:
- Both parties agree that the following disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of Showorld Beauty’s intellectual property rights; (b) any claim for injunctive relief.
Governing Law:
- These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms of Service
